Description
The Bulldog Aluminium Oxide Angled Flap Disc is designed for aggressive grinding, deburring, and surface preparation on metal. Manufactured using durable aluminium oxide abrasive flaps, this disc provides consistent cutting performance and extended lifespan compared to traditional grinding wheels.
The P40 grit makes it ideal for heavy material removal, weld blending, rust removal, and shaping metal surfaces. The layered flap design continuously exposes fresh abrasive material, ensuring efficient grinding while maintaining smoother finishing control.
This flap disc has a 115mm diameter and 22mm bore, allowing it to fit most standard 115mm angle grinders. It operates safely at speeds up to 13,300 RPM (80 m/s) and is suitable for use on steel, stainless steel, and general metal fabrication tasks.
